Welcome to Greenmeister, a platform owned and operated by GetSmokin' BV ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our Platform. Where local laws require a higher minimum age to access cannabis-related content or services, such laws shall take precedence. The Platform is not intended for use in jurisdictions where cannabis is fully illegal.
Greenmeister is an informational cannabis platform that provides users with access to a global directory of dispensaries, cannabis products, and related businesses. The platform includes social-media-style functionality, allowing users to upload content, share reviews, and interact with the community. While Greenmeister does not market or promote cannabis or THC-containing products, it does offer informational listings and may market legal accessories such as rolling papers, vaporizers, and related non-cannabis merchandise.
Users may register accounts through third-party providers such as Google, Facebook, Discord, or Apple. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person or use another person's account without permission.
We may offer subscription services for premium features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Users may upload content including text, images, and videos. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Platform.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and share content and for not violating copyright, privacy, or other legal rights. Uploading media of non-consenting individuals, copyrighted content, or pornographic material is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
Users may submit public reviews of listed businesses or products. Fake, misleading, incentivized, or coordinated reviews are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove such reviews at our discretion.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites. Access is at your own risk.
The Platform may display third-party ads. We do not control or endorse the products or claims made by advertisers and are not liable for any resulting issues.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
If a dispute arises, users must first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be submitted to binding arbitration. Class actions and jury trials are waived where permitted by law.
Our liability is limited to the lesser of (a) the total amount you paid to us in the last 12 months, or (b) a reasonable capped amount. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law rules.
